Sometimes we do not notice it, but there are situations, when one melody can get stuck in your mind and follow you for a long time. Tastes differ, so it is not surprising that there are so many styles of music. Nowadays each person can find something to his taste no matter how old he is. Music is a hobby, which has no age limits. You can meet an infant hardly standing on his feet, though shaking his or her hand rhythmically, or an elderly man dancing in the street in the evening on weekends. It is an indispensable part of our life giving its helping hand either when you are in high spirits, or in bad mood or tears. He is a person, who tries to take all the negatives and turn them into a positive aspect and let people escape from the negativity of the world for at least five minutes. He took up music as a hobby, but eventually it became a job of his life.

I prefer to listen to his tracks, as they are lively and melodic. I can not imagine my life without his hits as they make my heart beat, awaken me from the state of tranquility and recharging me as if I were a battery. His songs are referred to the club music, so no matter where you are, if you hear the beating of his tracks, your body starts shaking. Listening to them is a perfect way to forget about a rat race of our life and imagine yourself somewhere letting your hair down far from the everyday troubles.

I like music very much. I listen to different songs and melodies during the day. In the morning I turn on the radio and listen to pop music, It gives me energy for the day. On my way to school, I listen to jazz and in the evening, I enjoy classical music. However, there is one singer whose songs I can listen to all day long. Her name is Cher.
My love for her started several years ago, when I went to the cinema to see «Burlesque». Cher`s voice is very strong and unusual, besides I loved her acting. I watched all the other movies with Cher and listened to her songs. My favourite songs are «Woman`s world», «Beautiful story» and «Strong enough».
The real name of my favourite singer is Cherilyn Sarkisian. She was born in in El Centro, California, on May 20, 1946. She is often referred to as Goddess of Pop and is known for her distinctive contralto singing voice and for having worked in numerous areas of entertainment. Cher has won a Grammy Award, an Emmy Award, three Golden Globe Awards and many others. She has a lot of fans and I am one of them. I dream of visiting her concert some day and meeting her in person.
